Exploration of Life Frames

Hoping to either digitally or traditionally paint the backgrounds. I'll be most likely painting them digitally. You can see some character tweaks and the like between the two frames. I'm hoping to fix that once all 3 frames are drawn.
Not much time to say much, except guanacos are one of the cutest things on four legs ever.

Dark Hearts Lineup and FengHuang Turnaround

Regardless, the FengHuang will always be one of my favorite character designs from this section. I feel that I've captured her elegance and grace very well in her turnaround.

Journeys and Lightning

The girl needs a little work in Journeys along with the rock formation, however otherwise both Journeys and Lightning are about 98%. I need to fix the part where she's being hit by lightning in the 2nd piece, along with possibly the clouds/background.
Good enough to show, good enough for me. I'll leave it at this until I have time to fix up some of the more minor nitpicks (though I would very much like to work on them now!).
Waking Up, the 3rd and final piece has already been sketched out. I have already decided lighting as well. The basic idea is that the dream process goes from dusk to night to dawn, in relation to the process of sleeping. Both dream paintings were meant to have a more whimsical, almost poetic feeling, however the last painting will be "harsher", as she will wake up in reality.
This section of my thesis has been by far the most personal, therefore the most "spiritual" of all the work so far. I really enjoyed working on these.
